Who Can Show Their Artwork in Art All Night?
Everyone is invited to submit one (and only one - absolutely
no exceptions) piece of artwork to be included in Art
All Night.
How Do I Submit Artwork to Art All Night?
There are 2 ways to register:
- Online Registration (new for 2008): Go to our online registration
page and fill in your information. Submit the form, print it out, and bring it with your artwork and ID to the
online registration table between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday, April 26.
- Onsite Registration: If you did not register online you can still bring your artwork and ID
to the onsite registration table between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 26.
You must show a photo ID when you register and submit
your artwork and show the same ID when you pick it up.
Please be sure that all artwork arrives ready to be
hung or displayed. Items to be hung should have wire
or fasteners.
Art All Night All Year:
New for 2008, make sure to include your email address on the registration form. After you register we will send
you instructions on how to include your contact information and post an image of your artwork on our new online
Art All Night All Year Gallery. The gallery will be up shortly after the event.
How Do I Sell My Artwork at Art All Night?
Art All Night provides an opportunity for visitors to
express interest in purchasing your work by making Purchase
Offer Forms available to guests.
Guests may complete a Purchase Offer Form at any time
during the show and take it to the registration table.
These forms will be returned to artists when
they pick up their work Sunday between 2 and 4 p.m.
Art All Night DOES NOT broker sales. We do not aid or
participate in the sale or purchase of artwork in any
way other than facilitating communication between guests
and artists via the Purchase Offer Form.

What Will it Cost My Friends to Come to the Show?
Nothing. It's free. Really. Free.
Other items:
You must sign the artist's waiver agreement on the registration
form, agreeing that Art All Night is not responsible
for theft, loss, or damage to artwork and that any artwork
not picked up during the Artists Pick Up becomes the
property of Art All Night.
After you have registered (between 1 p.m and 4 p.m. on Saturday,
April 26) and submitted your work, the Art All Night
staff will determine the arrangement and placement of
your artwork on exhibit panels or tables.
Artists will not, under any circumstances, be permitted
to remove their artwork prior to the end of the show
at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. Our volunteers will be too busy
to make any exceptions.
You must pick up your artwork from the registration
table between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., or make arrangements
for somebody else to pick up your work at the time you
register (see registration form).
Art All Night is an exhibit, not a trade show. We ask
that participants refrain from displaying promotional
materials or on-site sales presentations.
